What information we collect
- What you give us: the name, telephone number, email address, city, and tour and date preferences you share through the contact form, the booking request form, the newsletter sign-up and the chat assistant.
- Collected during registration: the identity and passport details required for visa and ticketing formalities once your tour registration is confirmed.
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser information and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and offer you a suitable program
- To arrange your tour, accommodation, travel and visa formalities
- To meet our legal record-keeping, invoicing and official reporting obligations
- To send campaign announcements, only where you have given consent
We never sell your information and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with those parties necessary for delivering the service: official institutions (the Presidency of Religious Affairs and the relevant ministries), airlines, hotels and ground-handling providers, insurance and payment institutions, our accounting and legal advisers, and our hosting provider. By the nature of Hajj and Umrah organisation, certain information is transferred to the competent authorities and service providers in Saudi Arabia.
How we protect your data
- Site traffic is encrypted with an SSL certificate (https).
- Access to the administration panel is limited to authorised staff.
- Our forms include security and rate-limiting measures to prevent misuse.
- Access logs are kept, and unnecessary data is not collected.
That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. We recommend that you do not enter identity, passport or card details into the chat window.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as necessary: enquiries that do not proceed for at most 2 years, chat records for 30 days, and accounting and official records for 10 years as required by law.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed at children. The information of anyone under 18 is processed only as part of a family booking, at the request of a parent or guardian.
Links to other sites
Our site may contain links to official institutions and to our business partners. Saygın Turizm is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
